In Essence.
Hey yo peeps!
It has been quite some days since I last visited (the word 'visited' is definitely a misnomer, since I had made multiple visits to this space just that other things have been holding me back from updating this place). I am not sure when i start writing stuffs like 'Hey yo!', i was actully just attempting to be over enthusiastic over the content of my blog when in fact my only supporters are just imaginary readers and not forgetting the occasional spammers/advertisers/desperadoes who have been spamming my tagboards. For the few who still bothers to key jerefat.blogspot.com into their web browsers and keep checks of my weekly updates, i really do appreciate your subtle support that have helped rekindle my enthusiasm to keep this place alive. Whether or not if i know you in person, its always an awesome feeling to know that you have an entourage (or maybe just a handful) of people that bothers to read things that you write and wants to know the daily happenings surrounding your life. For that, i thank you all and also hope that you can make your presence felt at my tagboard (cause it really sucks to have one that is just inundated with spammers :P).
I have been on leave for this whole week and am really satisfied with the progress of time and how things have been lined up so far; i can only say that time has been well-spent and everyday has been a new learning experience. From the habitual weekly tuition sessions and badminton trainings to the unparalleled medical journey at TTSH and eye-opening lesson to MLM (multi-level marketing), the past few days have proved to be an eclectic mix of many firsts. I have ventured beyond the safe waters in search of the spices that i have always been eyeing for, and the rewards have been bountiful. Exploring new terrains while learning new ideas on the move has never been more edifying. More importantly, striking out things that you have always yearned to do is always that accomplishing.
Shall share more these new ventures next time.
And meanwhile, i shall rest well for platoon cohesion tmr :D
In introspection, i think my life now is not that bad; in fact it can never be this great. A day that can start and end with no worries, unconsumed by towering lecture notes and well-sheltered from the cruelties of the real corporate world. I gasped when i witnessed how my younger sis is struggling to finish her revision for her J1 mid-year papers... and can only be satisfied that life now isn't that bad after all :)
i always believe its all relative; if she isn't suffering, i can never be the one grinning :)
