It has been 2 weeks since i ever made a formal full reflection post and the previous post was just some random rantings after i failed to get the optimal frequency and mood to pen down my feelings for the week. Many things happened over the course of 2 weeks, spanning from the last fun tote packed into the container which also signify the end of our commitment to NDP and the start of high-tempo 30BX hell training, to the NDP finale on 090810 as well as the many ad hoc activities such as my first virgin guard duty at Keat Hong Camp, the company steamboat bonding session after NDP, the start of the 7th month ghost festival, the online shopping sprees and my reading escapade.

Hahah so as you see, its really a litany of items to blog about and in fact, i can dedicate a single post to each of these topics in mind, just that time constraints has limit the length of this post. This is especially pertinent when i have exactly less than 10 minutes before i rushed off with my bags of barangs barangs as the gates of Keat Hong Camp welcome me back with open arms as the start of real training begins. Yes i really meant hard core, high tempo, rigorous trainings over the course of the next 2 months, that may even be comparable to that of SCTs and OCTs in Pasir Lebar Camp and SAFTI MI respecitively. That indecent prospects really strike fear in me, as I began to feel reluctant and apprehensive of the days ahead. The next 2 months may perhaps be the most hellish months i will ever experienced during my stay in this new home, and the back-to-back fieldcamps and xiong PTs, coupled with the incessant SOC trainings, may perhaps sum up my days in army ahead.
Initially i planned to start off this post with a brief summary of the near 7 days block leave as well as the many heartfelt emotions after the actualy national day parade itself but i have no choice but to censor all away. It was a great recuperation period, and ironically, my body began to feel more lethargic as the 1030-530 army sleeping cycle was vehemently disrupted by late night dota sessions (haha!). Dota and long naps from wee hours till early afternoons may perhaps be the highlight of this block leave so far :D
So i shall end of this post here before the gates of keat hong come knocking on my door. Really hope to meet up with more peeps during the course of the next 2 months and may i pull through all forms of adversities to enjoy the next 1-week block leave before Exercise Wallaby scheduled on the 13th October :P
